Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: All the deliveries are handled to courier within 72 hours after receiving the payment confirmation.
We ship to any country in Europe and USA. If your country is not on the list please contact us by email so we could find solution to delivering the items you wish.
Standard delivery in Europe takes from 9 to 15 working days depending on your country.
Standard delivery to United States takes from 10 to 15 days depending on your city.
Express delivery takes from 2 till 6 days depending on your country.
Original paintings are delivered to your door trough DHL/ UPS /DPD delivery companies.
Prints & other goods - if chosen "standard delivery"might be shipped trough Post office.
Returns & exchange
PLEASE NOTE: The original paintings & prints are not returnable or exchangeable in any circumstances.
Unless it was damaged by the courier while delivering it to you. In this case the delivery person who handles you your painting or any other product has to issue a paper for you stating the damage which was done during the delivery. Please send us an email to this email address: hello@bybreive.com containing a copy of that statement with the pictures of the damage that was done so that we could find a solution to fix it.
PLEASE CHECK IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE BEFORE THE COURIER LEAVES.
The painting is accepted back & your money is refunded only if it was damaged by couriers fault in unfixable way. If the damage is fixable - we will handle the fixing process. However if you are not satisfied with the damage fixing options - we can only refund your money by store credits.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY KIND OF DAMAGE DONE TO THE PAINTING/PRINT AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
